Welcome to the Gainesville, Florida chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation! We are a small chapter made up of people living in and around Alachua County, Florida.
Members and prospective members are invited to attend the monthly potluck dinner and discussion group of the Gainesville chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Meetings are held regularly on the second Tuesday each month at 7:00 pm. We usually meet at Karen Eberly’s beautiful home in the Duckpond (contact chapter leaders to receive detailed directions to the meeting place).
Meetings usually include a potluck dinner beginning at 7:00 pm. Following dinner, someone will lead a discussion or present information about food, farming, nutrition, and/or health. If you are a regular attendee to our monthly meetings, please bring a dish that is made following traditional food preparation. Please write down the ingredients of your dish and note whether it is organic or grassfed. Some people follow specific dietary guidelines and need to know what is in each dish.
If you have not attended at least a meeting or two before now, please be our guest.
If you would like to receive email notifications about these meetings, please provide your email address to Maria Minno.

MORE INFORMATION
The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price, whose studies of isolated non-industrialized peoples established the parameters of human health and determined the optimum characteristics of human diets. Dr. Price’s research demonstrated that humans achieve perfect physical form and perfect health generation after generation only when they consume nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats.
