Life Span is the full length of your Life here on Earth.
Health Span is the amount of time you have good health within your Life Span. (We want this a long as possible)
Disease Span is the amount of time you have poor health within your Life Span. (We want this short as possible)

We want to maximize our Health Span and minimize our Disease Span.
As a group we will learn how to do this learning about nutrient-dense foods and how they impact our health today and into the future.
