Nancy was introduced to the work of Dr. Price just a few years ago. Since she was trained as a conventional registered dietitian and was a dedicated vegetarian for more than 25 years, she has had to make quite a few changes in her thinking and cooking practices. She is excited to share her new understanding of the role of fats and meats in a healthy diet.
