Since that time, I’ve been switching our diet to mostly WAPF friendly foods with all main dishes also gluten and dairy free. I keep adding new recipes and tweaking old ones. I almost never make anything the same way twice–either because of memory, items on hand, or because I rarely measure out ingredients. I tried making pickles once and have been to a kombucha class but would not call myself an expert by any means. Since I’m a working mom, most of the food I make is easy with few ingredients. I’ll explain the short-cuts and how you can make kid-friendly breakfasts, pack school lunches, and make dinner while holding a full-time job.
