Events

The chapter hosts monthly events the second Saturday of each month from 3:30-5:30pm at:
Lauderdale City Hall
1891 Walnut Street
Lauderdale, MN  55113

Each event includes a short demonstration of a traditional foods technique, a community potluck, and real foods shopping. Our lending library is available to participants as well as the opportunity to participate in group buys of traditional foods goodies like coconut oil, cod liver oil, and more.

Nourishing Our Children Screening and Panel Discussion

December 14, 2013 – Awfully Good Offal! Dr. Carrie Clark from 50th & France Chiropractic & Wellness talks about preparing organ meat for delicious, nourishing meals.

November 9, 2013 – Fat! A Nose to Tail event featuring Beth Cowart, Holistic Nutrition Coach and Hormone Cure Coach, demonstrating how to render lard. Food Club offers truly raw almonds and grass-fed beef gelatin for pickup at December’s meeting.
