Beef/veal: Belted Galloway/angus cross. 99% grassfed (bucket trained with 1# feed/head/day to facilitate moving, loading, and working them. Use rotational grazing methods and don’t use routine antibiotics, steroids, or hormones
Pork: Berkshire and Hereford crosses raised on pasture with free-choice feed that’s milled 2 miles from our farm using corn mostly grown in Madison County. Feed is conventional.
Eggs (list type, chicken, duck, etc) : Pastured chicken eggs.

Animal Husbandry
Do you use antibiotics and/or hormones? Yes. No hormones. We use antibiotics to treat sick animals when necessary and abide by withdrawal periods before slaughter. We do not use routine or feed antibiotics; only use them appropriately, to treat illness (the same way we use them for ourselves!)
Are the animals pasture-fed? Yes
