Olivina makes true, fine California extra virgin olive oil from olives grown, harvested, milled, and bottled on the historic estate. The only spray used on the trees is an organic spray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Crohare Family continues the Olivina tradition with six cultivars of olive trees: Mission, Arbequina, Lucca, Frantoio, Picholine and Century Mission. The Century Mission trees were planted in 1881 when the Olivina Estate was established. Join us for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
