The Denver Chapter, WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION®
We are the local chapter of the WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION®. The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research, community and activism.
As the local chapter in Denver, Colorado we carry the Foundation’s mission to Denver and the surrounding areas. We help connect people with local farmers producing such foods as raw milk, grass-fed beef and lamb, and pastured poultry and eggs. And we support the Foundation’s mission of education by holding potlucks and talks by local health and wellness practitioners and traditional food experts, and we provide many opportunities for people to meet each other and taste wonderful nutrient-dense food!
Where to start?
If you are new to our principles, please take the Beginner Tour on the Weston A. Price Foundation website or take the Tour for Vegetarians. You may also want to view the Beginner Videos and Read Our Brochure. We also recommend you download the Healthy 4 Life booklet, and check out the Eugene Chapter’s Recommended Reading section.

Guided Tour* of the Ebert Family Farm
The Ebert Family Farm Welcomes the Denver Weston A. Price Chapter
Come play outdoors and get some fresh air!! Scratch a dairy cow out grazing on green, growing pastures. We will tour the farm and visit newborn calves, very happy pastured pigs, and growing farm crops. You can see our dairy barn and understand where and how we milk cows and bottle fresh raw milk. Kres and Julie, dairy farmers for 17 years, will be leading the tour and answering any questions about farm life, raw milk and more.
Wear something on your feet you don’t mind getting dirty, and be ready to see first-hand how fun and messy farm life can be. Odds are good that the sun will be beating down on us all day, hats/sun shade may be handy and bring plenty of water.
Directions to the farm: The farm is located Northeast of Byers Colorado. Warning: There are about 10 miles of somewhat unpleasant dirt roads! Be ready for an adventure if it has rained prior to your trip. From the I-70 exit in Byers turn North on Highway 36. Proceed about 2 miles to Calhoun- Byers Road, after Highway 36 turns to the East look for a sign pointing toward “Hoyt” and turn left, North, on Calhoun-Byers Road. Proceed 8 miles to 88th and turn right, East. Proceed 2 miles to Behrens and turn left, North. Ahead 3 miles to 112th and turn right, East. After one mile you will see our “Ebert Family Farm” sign. This is the entrance of our driveway. Proceed straight and turn to the right, South, as you come to the yellow dumpster. Park near the tan house with the brown metal roof. Our address is 73210 E 112th Ave, Byers, CO.
