Philip will present evidence that these foods are in fact protective against heart disease, that cholesterol and saturated fats are essential nutrients and that statin drugs may cause rather than prevent heart disease. The hypothesis presented is that heart disease is a modern condition brought on by malnutrition, toxicity and modern processed foods.
