The Food Standards Agency is currently consulting on the future of raw milk regulations and has put forward the chance to hear your views on the subject!<\/p>\n

\"\"In a public event the impact of future changes to the controls governing the sale of raw drinking milk will be considered from both sides of the debate.<\/p>\n

Up for discussion will be the recently published options for updating the rules governing the sale of raw milk in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n

Many of you have been following the developments of the FSA’s 12-month consultation on the future of raw milk.<\/span><\/a> The consultation will result in anything from the removal of restrictions to a total ban on the sales of raw milk.<\/p>\n

The event will give the opportunity to hear from speakers involved in the production of raw milk, the wider dairy industry and policy makers. Also present will be the Chair and Chief Executive of the FSA and board members who will be making the final recommendations for updating the raw milk controls.<\/p>\n

There will also be presentations from:

\nDebbie Vernon, Ellies Dairy
\nPhil Ridley, WAPF & Campaign for Real Milk, London Chapter Leader<\/p>\n

This half day event will be a fantastic, possibly one-off, chance to defend the values of raw milk and have your voice heard. We are expecting it to be a lively discussion on a topic many of you will no doubt feel passionate about.<\/p>\n

All the views and discussion will feed into the current consulation on the raw milk regulations. Do not miss out on this chance to protect our right to the production and consumption of raw milk.
