Price Foundation is planning a new website that helps people find restaurants that serve real food. Restaurants will be judged by certain criteria, for example:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 10px 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/chapters.westonaprice.org\/marincountyca\/files\/2016\/09\/restaurant-veggies.jpg\" alt=\"naturally delicious food\" width=\"306\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offers some pastured meats and wild-caught seafood<\/li>\n<li>Serves mostly fresh food, prepared from scratch. Does not rely on prepared foods from commercial food services<\/li>\n<li>Makes own bone broths\/stocks (not from a base)<\/li>\n<li>Offers some dishes made with organ meats<\/li>\n<li>Makes their own salad dressings using olive or cold-pressed sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>Cooks\/saut\u00e9s in natural fats, such as butter, lard, tallow, duck fat, coconut oil (not vegetable oils)<\/li>\n<li>Offers genuine sourdough bread<\/li>\n<li>Makes own seasoning mixes (does not use flavoring packets or MSG)<\/li>\n<li>Offers lacto-fermented condiments and beverages (such as kombucha or kvass)<\/li>\n<li>Offers desserts made in house with natural sweeteners (such as raw honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you go to a local restaurant, please check in about these criteria and report back
