No membership requirement to attend. The potluck will begin at 6pm. Please bring a nutrient dense real food based dish, to share with 4-6 people and please bring your own plate and utensils. If you are overwhelmed about what to bring come anyway! Great opportunity to mix &amp; meet other like-minded, real food folks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following our potluck will be a discussion led by John, owner of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.napagrassfarmer.com\/\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Napa Grass Farmer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a monthly local meat CSA. The topic will be about the Ecological Meat Standard. The five standards of meat quality including genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, departure and processing.
