  • Produce (typical offerings):  Seasonal annual vegetables: spinach, lettuce, turnips, radishes, carrots, kohlrabi, arugula, Bok Choy, Tatsoi, kale, collards, basil, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, summer squash, bush beans, potatoes, winter squash.
  • Perennials: asparagus, apples, grapes
  • Other:  Open Ridge Farm hot sauces: we produce our sauces on-site in our NCDA inspected Farm Kitchen.  We grow all of the peppers we use in our hot sauces.

Pica Rica: habanero-based
Pica Verde: jalapeno-based
Pica Verde Chipotle: we slow smoke the jalapeno peppers over
apple wood
