We had enough material to cover hours of presentation and only got to some of it. Had lots of discussion and questions explored with a smaller group of about 6 adults. Some of us brought children so it got a bit noisy ;^) Good time.<\/p>\n<p>We will give out samples again and discuss aspects of fermenting and take questions. <span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br class=\"messageBody\" \/> August we will move into Dehydrating the whys and the techniques will be discussed one class<\/p>\n<p>September we will address the place of Soaking and Sprouting in prep for baking and making raw foods.<br \/>\nAs well as general discussion on any whole foods topics and Q&amp;A time.<\/p>\n<p>October will be Notes on Oats &#8211; how to incorporate the use of oats in the regular diet. As well as a general discussion on any whole foods topics.<br \/>\nIn the same month we will demonstrate the use of high quality kitchen equipment and discuss how to decide what is worth your investment. Covering freestanding mixers, all in one blenders, dehydrators, breadmakers etc&#8230; Demos of Bosch, Vitamix, Excalibur, and Zojirushi<\/p>\n<p>November: Facts on Fats WAP chapter discussion and Q&amp;A<br \/>\nDecember: Resolutions to bettered lifestyle and choosing healing diets&#8230; discussion and Q&amp;A<\/p>\n<p>January: Resolutions to bettered lifestyle and choosing healing diets&#8230; discussion and Q&amp;A<br \/>\nGAPS -Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet, BED, SCD<\/p>\n<p>February: Nourishing Your Winter Days -winter soups sampling, discussion and Q&amp;A<\/p>\n<p>March: Homesteading\/ Support Your Local Farmers<br \/>\nIntro. to Farmer To Consumer Legal Defense and Weston A.
