Do It Yourself Resources

For various reasons, one may decide to produce their own food from their own home.  I find this both a pleasurable option but, more time than not, an economical decision.  Truth is that nutrient-dense, farm fresh foods can be difficult to find and, as a result, expensive for many budgets.  Rural, suburban and urban families can all partake in some home made goodness.  Some helpful resources, mostly books & websites, are below.
