Welcome to the Boulder Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF)! Our meetings are open to anyone interested in learning more about real, nutrient-dense foods. Membership in the Weston A. Price Foundation is encouraged but not required.
We meet the second Friday of each month, 6pm-9pm. Subscribe to email list or email Erin Meschke for location.
At all gatherings, we share wholesome foods according to the nutritional principles described by Dr. Weston A. Price. If you’re not familiar with these life-giving principles, you’ve come to the right place! We have many resources and recipes to help you learn more about the benefits of traditional diets and how incorporate them into your lifestyle. For our potluck meal, we welcome organic, nutrient-dense foods such as pasture-raised meats (including organs!), fermented foods, soaked grains and nuts, healthy fats (such as butter/ghee, pasture-raised animal fats, 100% extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil), and of course, organic fruits and vegetables. Please do not bring foods containing soy (unless fermented), vegetable oils, or artificial additives. We also ask that you label your dish with all included ingredients as a help to everyone. Thank you!
As always, feel free to contact us for more information.
