To have your farm listed on the local resources list for the Grand Rapids, MI Weston A. Price Foundation chapter, please complete the following form. The chapter leader or resource list coordinator will review it and may have additional questions.  Be sure to contact us once you did this, that way we know to go looking for it if it doesn’t come to us automatically like it’s supposed to.  🙂
