We feature Heritage breed hogs, pasture and forested raised. All hogs are born and raised on our farm. Sturdy rugged stock with Chinese and European old world genetics. Whole, half, boxes and individual cuts. We strive to maintain clean labels and do not use nitrites or other chemicals in our sausages, brats, and other value added offerings like sausages, bacon, hot dogs, and the world’s most expensive whole hog bologna.
