Had our first public meeting February 13th at All Things Food in Bryan, Ohio. About 12 adults came and participated. I presented a basic out line of objectives for the group and asked questions about personal experiences,  interests, and topics they’d like to make available first. I shared my list of proposed topics and introduced my concepts for the lending library and fundraising.

Was pleased with wide variety of participants a local farmer, mother of infant, singles, cancer survivor…

Fermentation Q& A with Isaiah Harrison

We had enough material to cover hours of presentation and only got to some of it. Had lots of discussion and questions explored with a smaller group of about 6 adults. Yummy samples were tasted and Kumbucha starters were given as gifts. Some of us brought children so it got a bit noisy ;^) Good time.
