WELCOME TO THE MATSU VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION
About the Weston A. Price Foundation
The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is your source for accurate information on nutrition and health, always aiming to provide the scientific validation of traditional foodways. People seeking health today often condemn certain food groups — such as grains, dairy foods, meat, salt, fat, sauces, sweets and nightshade vegetables — but the Wise Traditions Diet is inclusive, not exclusive.

Nourishing Traditional Diets: The Key to Vibrant Health by Sally Fallon Morell
We will watch the second part of this 2.5-hour presentation which answers the question: what is a healthy diet? WAPF president, Sally Fallon Morell, looks at the work of Dr.
Weston A. Price who visited groups of people living in a traditional way, eating their traditional diets and enjoying robust health. Sally presents the final 9 of the 11 principles of traditional diets and teaches how to implement those principles today. These principles cover the fact that all traditional cultures contained no refined or denatured foods or ingredients and they consumed some sort of animal food.
This life changing information has influenced countless people to improve their diet and health.
A discussion will follow the video.
