President of Weston A. Price Sally Fallon Morell is proud to announce that this issue moves GMOs and the new science available on the dangers behind its use up from the sidelines and into the forefront. The links between GMO usage and the global increase in disease, digestive disorders, infertility, cancer and behavioural problems like autism have now become evident.
“Even if you are avoiding genetically engineered foods yourself, many of our loved ones still consume them, so we all need to work together to get GMOs out of the food supply.”
Jeffrey Smithexamines new evidence which confirms the belief that GMOs are responsible for the promotion of a wide range of diseases that spans across the whole globe. GM corn and soybeans produce a number of toxins not present in non-GMO soy and corn. Both evidence and numerous US physicians point to GMOs as the cause of many global health problems.
“Proponents of GMOs have become more aggressive at suppressing adverse data and promoting their myths, desperate to stem the anti-GMO tide. They continue to proclaim that the technology is precise, environmentally friendly, and needed to feed the world, in spite of evidence that shows just the opposite.”
Stephanie Seneffexposes the lie that Roundup® is harmless to humans. Glyphosate, Roundup’s active ingredient, is demonstrated in a series of studies to be disruptive to the guts of chickens, cows and pigs. Seneff has connected glyphosate to the increase in a number of diseases, obesity and autism over the past 20 years.
“Roundup could plausibly be the most important factor in the observed increase in a number of diseases and conditions like obesity and autism over the past two decades in the U.S… we are doing something wrong, and our wholesale embrace of GMOs is an obvious candidate.”
Both Jeffrey Smith and Stephanie Seneff will be speaking at the Weston A. Price Foundation’s fourth annual European conference, Feb 8-9 2014.
