Tim Wightman is the president of the Farm to Consumer Foundation, the author of the “Raw Milk Production Handbook” and an instructor at “Cow-Share College & Goat-Share University”.
Tim talked about biological agriculture and the importance of the health of the soil, how to determine a good farm and many other things.
We had a wonderful time ~ Tim’s talk was interesting and informative and the food was delicious! There were about 20 of us, many familiar faces and many new ones!
We had soup made with astragalus and kombu, a grain-free chicken pot pie, deviled eggs, sauerkraut, olives, homemade sourdough bread, goat meatloaf with liver and heart, roasted sweet potatoes in duck fat. Yum!
